Picture Day!
Say Cheese, PAPA!
Get those smiles ready — Headshot is Tuesday, August 19, during your History Class!
Seniors: It’s your time to shine! You’ll also be taking your cap and gown photos as well — the perfect moment to show off that graduation glow. What is a Professional Headshot?
A professional headshot is a high-quality portrait photograph, typically taken from the shoulders up, used to present you in a polished, approachable, and professional manner. Headshots are commonly used for business profiles, LinkedIn, websites, promotional materials, or press releases. They’re meant to reflect your personal brand, conveying professionalism while showing a bit of personality. Many of our students use these school headshots for personal audition needs within the community.
How to Prepare for a Professional Headshot
Clothing – Wear solid colors or subtle patterns. Avoid busy prints or distracting logos.
Grooming – Make sure your hair is neat and styled, facial hair trimmed, and makeup (if worn) natural and camera-friendly.
Rest & Hydration – Get enough sleep the night before and drink plenty of water so your skin looks fresh.
Practice Poses & Expressions – Stand in front of a mirror and try out friendly, confident expressions.
Mindset – Arrive relaxed and confident;
Dress your best, bring your brightest smile, and let’s make these photos ones to remember!
Have a great day!
