Here is the link: https://www.paparts.org/forms/ All completed applications are due to the front office. Once the application is approved, payment for classes can be made from the school website here: https://www.paparts.org/make-a-payment-here/ Session 1: May 25–June 19 Session 2: June 22–July 17. There will be no extensions for vacations. If you have travel plans that interfere with completion, do not register. Final exams must be finished on or before the designated dates. Volunteer OpportunityCity of Albuquerque. To volunteer at Juan Tabo Library, https://www.oneabqvolunteers.com/need/detail/?need_id=1223284 Search “Summer Reading Programs” or just “Summer Reading” at the site to volunteer at a different location. https://www.oneabqvolunteers.com/need/index?need_id=1223284&need_init_id=15098 Electronic DevicesFor school year 2026-2027, cell phones, personal laptops, tablets, gaming systems, and wireless headphones will not be permitted during school hours, both on campus and for field trips. Student mobile devices should not be used at all during the school day, including lunch and passing period. If a parent needs to contact a child, they should contact the front office to get a hold of the student. Students found using a cell phone, wireless ear buds, etc… between 8:00 am and 4:16 pm will have the device(s) held by office administration until the parent can pick it up. Drop Off/Pick UpParents, please be advised that the drop-off and parking redesign will be happening over the summer and into the start of the next school year. The final product will allow for better flow for drop-off and pick-up with the extension of the drop-off loop and installation of upgraded lighting and additional parking spaces in the west parking lot. As always, please be courteous to other drivers and allow for extra time for drop off and pick up. The first phase of construction will begin on May 18th. The second phase will start July 1st and is planned to be completed by August 28th. YearbooksWe’re excited to share that we still have 25 yearbooks left! These yearbooks are more than just books—they’re a collection of the memories, friendships, and moments that made this year special. If you haven’t gotten yours yet, now is the time! Don’t miss out on the chance to look back on everything we’ve experienced together and to collect signatures from your friends. Once they’re gone, they’re gone—so be sure to grab your yearbook while supplies last! PAPA Summer HoursOffice hours every Tuesday from 8 am to noon, and by appointment for your convenience. Please note the office will be closed from July 1st to July 10th. Remember, our office is here to assist you, so don’t hesitate to reach out for appointments or inquiries at info@paparts.org Chromebook Return InfoChromebook return will take place this Wednesday, starting at 10 am. Students need to return their Chromebook and charger. The charge for not returning the charger is $20; if the Chromebook screen needs to be repaired, the charge is $100, total cost of Chromebook replacements is $300. Payments can be made here: https://www.paparts.org/make-a-payment-here/ Student Sign Out Wednesday 5/13/2026 Students may be signed out from school on Wednesday early by their legal guardian only, and only after 12 noon if their finals are completed, chromebooks and chargers have been returned, and lockers have been cleaned out. We will not release students before noon. Dismissal is at 3:18 on Wednesday. 8th Grade Promotion Celebration8th Graders, we are happy to celebrate your transition to middle school. Students participating in the celebration have turned in their permission slips, paid $10, and are on the list for the party. Here is a breakdown of the event. The celebration will take place Thursday, May 14, 2026, at Main Event, 4040 Pan American Fwy NE, starting at 5:00 PM and concluding at 8:00 PM. Below is a breakdown of the evening’s activities: 5:00 – Arrive, pick up wristband 5:00 – 6:00 PM: Take a picture with your certificate and family 5:10 – 5:20 PM → Last names A – D 5:20 – 5:30 PM → Last names E – H 5:30 – 5:40 PM → Last names I – L 5:40 – 5:50 PM → Last names M – P 5:50 – 6:00 PM → Last names Q – Z 5:00 – 8:00 PM: All You Can Play Activities Experience an evening of excitement with unlimited access to various activities, including Laser Tag, Gravity Ropes, Bowling, and Arcade games (each student will receive a $10 play card). Parents can stay and play with their 8th grader or choose to pick up at Main Event at 8 pm. |
