Calling all Seniors and their parents/guardians. There is a mandatory meeting for seniors and their parents on Wed 1/18/2023 at 6:30 PM in the Cafe. This meeting is to help prepare students and parents for second semester and beyond!

Do you have a new phone number or address? Please update the main office so we have the most current emergency contact information for your child.

The next 8th Period Lite is 1-/18, this wednesday. There will be no 8th period classes, study hall provided for those that cannot get picked up after 7th period. January 18th, February 15th, March 15th, April 19th

Climate crew meets every Thursday during Middle school lunch from 12-12:20 in Mrs. Cunningham’s room-room 11. Anyone interested is welcome to join us.

Alongside is a nonjudgmental mental health chatbot that helps in times of stress anxiety sadness anger try it today. Alongside is a virtual counselor in every student’s pocket. It allows schools to reach all students who need support. alongside.care

https://www.covid.gov/tests staff and student’s families that at-home Covid-19 tests can be ordered for free through the federal program. Every household can order 4 free tests, this can be a great layer of support in helping your school and community stay safe this winter.
Please bring in gently used tennis shoes, athletic shoes of all kinds to your 1st period class. The class with the most kicks will win a donut party. Les Chanteuses will recieve a donation towards their trip to sing in NY for every pair brought in.

Les Chanteuses is selling Little Ceasers pizza kits and in-store meal vouchers January 11th through February 12th. Les Chanteuses presents the Princess Bride on February 3rd in the cafe starts at 5:30pm. Tickets are $5.

Mark your calendars for an afternoon of games on February 16th from 3:30-5:30 in the cafe. Admission is $3. Snacks and drinks will be available for sale.

Thespian Troupe #6667 would like to remind you to get your tickets for Blithe Spirit by Noel Coward! It runs January 26th-28th, at 6pm, including a 1 o’clock matinee on the 28th, at the Cell in Fusion Forum. All tickets are 10 dollars each. PAPA Students can go see UNM Theatre and Dance Shows for only FIVE DOLLARS! Use the code UNMtheatreanddance (all one word) either online or at the ticket window on UNM campus. Check out the schedule of shows in the MS and HS Google Classroom.

The new portables are now ready for use! Classes will begin meeting in the East Music and East Dance portables this week.

Safe travels to PAPA High School Film and Media and Ensemble instructors and students traveling to Dance Camera West in Los Angeles this week.

The National School Choice Fair is taking place this Saturday 1/21/23 from 11am- 2 pm at the Albuquerque Convention Center. PAPA will have a booth. If you know someone looking for a school of choice help spread the news.

Please help invite anyone you know that is interested in attending PAPA next school year to the Prospective Student Open House January 25th from 5:00-6:30 pm.
