A message from PAPA: Announcements Week of 12/6/21

• 1st, 2nd or booster COVID vaccine for adults, 1st or 2nd COVID vaccine for students will be available this Friday, December 10th at PAPA from 8 am to 10 am. You must return a permision slip to the front office to reserve your spot.
• Please send a copy of your child’s COVID vacine to the front office or email to info@paparts.org.

• A call for donations: Starting Wednesday, 12/8/21, please check the giving tree outside the front office to pick up a gift request for a student in need. Take a tag and return the gift you purchase, wrapped with the tag from the tree, to the front office. We will take it from there! Please return a gift to the office by Monday, December 14th (return the tag with the gift) if you will participate.

• As the weather gets colder, students will need to have warm clothes for outdoor spaces and lunch time. Due to COVID protocols lunch time will take place outdoors unless it is raining or snowing. 

• Did you know that PAPA music department offerings include piano, guitar, band, orchestra, mariachi, choir, and alternating music technology and music theory. We encouage all PAPA students to learn music in one form or another. Learning how to play an instrument can reduce stress, produce patience and perserverance, develop music appreciation, cultivates creativity, uses almost every part of your brain, strengthens your immune system, increases time-management skills, increases memory capability and more! • High school students: Winter Ball is January 15th, 2022 here at PAPA! Early bird ticket sales will take place December 6th through December 10th only during high school lunch! For this week ONLY, ticket prices will be $15 for a single, or $20 for a couple. There will be an opportunity to buy tickets after winter break ticket but prices will increase!

• The Holiday Stroll Concert is open for everyone to attend. This event features choir, guitar, orchestra, band, and art students for an evening of hot cocoa, music, and art. Wednesday December 8, 2021 starting at 6:30 pm. Please dress for cold weather, bring a folding chair, and flashlight.

• Please check the lost and found outside of the front office for your belongings as items left behind after Monday December 13th will be donated.
