No School Monday, November 11th – Veteran’s Day.
Friday November 8th is the end of the 2nd Quarter Progress Report Grading Term!
Teachers grades are due on Tuesday, November 12th no later than 8:00 am.
Progress Reports will be distributed to all students during their 7th period class on Tuesday.
Students: It is your responsibility to clean up after yourselves in the bathrooms. Throw paper towels in the trash cans provided, don’t sit on the sinks, flush the toilets!
PAPA’s Thespian Troupe presents Marcus is Walking, a comedy about how complicated relationships are, especially in a car. The show runs tonight and Saturday at 2pm in the PAPA Cafe. Tickets are $5 cash at the door. Seating is limited and first come first serve, so plan to arrive early. If you need to laugh, this show is for you. Come support PAPA’s Thespian Troupe!

PTSO Meeting – Tuesday, November 12th at 4:00pm in the Teacher’s Lounge. This is your chance to give us your input on PAPAPalooza and learn about what we have planned for the rest of the year!
–Come join NJHS on November 15th from 4:30 to 7:30. Watch the sunset and the glorious colors of the hot air balloon at the back field of PAPA! We have games, face painting, food, and a movie! Cost is 5$ or 2$ with 3 canned goods (food) there is a free bagel with admission! Make sure to bring extra money for food drinks and extra activities! Hope to see you there!

PAPA’s NJHS is having a Food Drive to collect canned foods that are quick easy meals like canned ravioli, soups, etc. to support NM Roadrunner Foodbank to help people experiencing homelessness. From November 12th through the 15th, you can bring your canned food donations to 2nd period, the class that brings the most cans will win a donut party.-

Seniors and Parents/Guardians, please remember that PAPA’s Senior/Parent meeting is next Tuesday, November 12th, from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m. in the cafe, where you will get important graduation and senior year information and be able to talk with representatives from CNM, UNM, and NMSU to ask about transition to college.
It’s almost time for November’s Spotlight in the Cafe Studio Series! Do you have a 1 – 3 minute polished piece you’d like to perform? A sign-up sheet will be posted on the Arts Alert Board across from the front office. Please note that an audition might be required!
Seniors! Everyone should be working on their pieces! Schedule a time to meet with your mentor if you need help writing cues or editing music. Deadlines are fast approaching! The next arts panel will be on Monday, November 25! Your piece should be done by then!

Thanksgiving family lunch is coming up on Thursday Nov. 21st.
Please sign up and pay before November 15th. All adult guests are $5 per plate, children under 5 are $3.50. You can pay online, over the phone or in person.
